Is it really free to install?

Yes. Fleetra is free for hotels and serviced apartments—no setup fees, no monthly fees. You only earn commission when a guest books a transfer.

How do guests book a transfer?

Guests book in seconds after confirming their stay:

Option A: a transfer add-on appears on your confirmation page (opens a premium booking pop-up).

Option B: guests receive a branded link (via email) to your dedicated transfer landing page.

Do we need to handle anything (calls, driver coordination, support)?

No. Guests book directly. Fleetra handles booking confirmation, driver assignment, flight monitoring, guest updates, and support.

Who provides the transfers?

Transfers are fulfilled by vetted, licensed chauffeur operators in each city. We work with professional companies that provide premium vehicles and experienced drivers.

Can we brand it with our property name and visuals?

Yes. The booking experience can be branded to your property (name, location, imagery), so it feels like part of your guest journey—not a random third-party link.

How do we track performance and payouts?

You get a Partner Dashboard showing bookings, conversion rate, revenue generated, and commission earned—by property and by city. You can export reports and track payouts.

How do payouts work?

Commission is tracked automatically per completed transfer and paid out to your chosen bank account on a recurring schedule (shown inside your dashboard).

Will this affect our existing transfer provider?

You can choose how to deploy Fleetra. Some partners replace manual concierge bookings; others offer Fleetra as a self-serve option for guests. We can also limit coverage by city if needed.
